HOW CAN I BUY?
The purchase process in our on-line shop is very simple; we have designed an easy-to-use shop where you should simply search for the product you want and add it to your cart. Once you have filled your basket you will only have to go to it and place the order following 3 simple steps.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE AND HOW LONG WILL IT BE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
All orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours in provincial capitals and 48 to 72 hours in the rest of the peninsular national territory.
IS IT SAFE TO BUY IN THE STORE?
Completely. We have arranged all security measures so you can make your purchases with total peace of mind. When you browse the shop, all the information and personal data sent from your computer or mobile device are encryptly transmitted to our server, using a standard 128-bit encryption method, known as SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?
In our on-line shop you can pay by credit or debit card and PayPal.
ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT MEANS SAFE?
Absolutely. Payment by credit card is made through a secure and encrypted connection, with a Cajasur server, so your bank details are only processed by that entity. We do not save or treat these details. If you want to place your order without communicating your bank card number, you have the possibility to pay with total security with the Paypal system, or by bank transfer.
IS IT COMPULSORY TO CREATE A USER ACCOUNT FOR BUYING?
No, it is not compulsory. You can make any purchase without registering. However, for your convenience, we recommend you register, because the purchase process will be easier and you can manage your purchase history and other preferences such as shipping address, notifications, etc
HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, do not worry, you can recover it. Just got to the area of My Account, click on Have you forgotten your password? and you can reset it.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?
Select the products you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart. When you have finished, both at the time of confirming the order and before paying, you will see all the items in your basket and at the bottom you will find a box to enter the discount code; click on “ADD” and you can enjoy your discount in the total of your basket.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE COMPLETED? AND CANCEL IT?
If you have confirmed and paid for your order, it can no longer be modified. So if you have forgotten to include a product, get in touch with us and we will give you the best solution. If you wish to cancel the order you can do it from your personal area of your user account. If there is no possibility to cancel it, it means that the delivery process has already started. DO PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES AND CORRESPONDING TAXES?
Prices do not include the shipping costs. prices include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, duty, fee or surcharge.
I TRY TO PAY WITH CARD BUT I CANNOT DO IT.
The use of credit card requires, for security reasons, in addition to filling in the requested fields, an authentication that can be by SMS or by bank coordinates card, otherwise the payment must be effected by paypal. May be your card is not configured for purchases in electronic commerce, so we recommend you to contact your bank.
